Changes...

The last couple of weeks have been a bit crazy! After a lot of thinking and praying we decided to move to Virginia Beach for the summer!! It was probably one of the hardest decisions we've had to make. When the opportunity first presented itself Jeremy and I didn't consider it very seriously because we both have so many obligations here. Jeremy just started a new job and didn't want to leave the company or the people he works with. I watch my niece Kayley and would feel terrible about leaving my sister without much notice. On top of that, we each had callings and responsibilities in our community. It just wasn't convenient for us to go, but situations kept arising and sort of pushing us in that direction. We prayed for a long time and went to the temple and finally received the answer that we should go. For the first couple of days it was really hard for me. I was really nervous and I hate change. I was focusing on all the reasons why we should stay and was feeling really negative about our decision to leave. I finally realized that I wasn't putting my faith in the Lord. I knew that it was the right thing for us to do but I needed to trust that Heavenly Father would take care of us as long as we were living the way that we should. Why is it that I have to be taught the same lessons over and over again?! I really need to be better. Since I've decided to have a better attitude I've been getting more excited. We'll be able to spend the summer playing at the BEAUTIFUL beaches and visiting family that we have near by. It will be fun!!
