SUMMER

So, it has been FOREVER since my last post and we've been BUSY! I've got lots of catching up to do.

Everything is out of order, but it took so long to load everything and I didn't want to fix it. Sorry! :)

Owls Game on the 24th of July! The owls won and they had fireworks after the game. It was awesome! At first Ellie was a little scared of all of the cheers and screams but she got used to it quickly and ended up falling asleep for the last couple of innings.

Jake had his first soccer game! I have to say it was one of the funnest and cutest things he's done yet. He was super excited to play and wear all of his soccer gear. Most of the time he wasn't quite sure what to do when the ball came close but that was the case for most of the other kids too.

My sister Paige had her second little girl, Kelsey Grace. She is adorable and so tiny! She was 6 lbs 1 oz. The crazy thing is that her first little girl was even smaller!

My grandpa celebrated his 80th birthday! It has been years since all of my aunts and uncles and cousins have been together. We're so blessed to have such a wonderful Grandpa! We love him so much. I hope that I'm in as good of shape when I'm his age.

Feeding the ducks at the park...

We've had a couple of trips to St. George this summer. The last time we went we made a quick stop in Zions. It was beautiful.

My sister got married this month! We were so happy for her and we really like her new husband. It was a beautiful day.

They had blue ice cream. I think most of Jake's ended up on his shirt.

The bride and groom...

Kayley looked so cute. My favorite part was watching her throw the petals down the aisle. It was like an angry pitcher trying to strike out the ring boy.

We stayed at the new La Quinta in St. George. It had a great pool with umbrellas, which was ingenious. Ellie could still be in the water with us without worrying about sunburn.

4th of July- We went to see the fireworks show at Thanksgiving Point.

We spent the day playing outside and relaxing in the shade at my Grandparent's house.

Morning of the 4th we went to see the Hot Air Balloons. Its been a family tradition for years.

Ellie is growing up. In the last few months she's rolled over both ways, learned how to sit up, and started eating solid food. We love her chunky rolls.

Ellie's first green beans.

We've also enjoyed the vegetables in our garden.
