So, this will be my last post as a mother of one! I'm being induced tomorrow! I was hesitant to choose an early induction but Jeremy will be out of town for a few days next week, and we thought it would be best if he were around. I'm so excited to meet her and see what she looks like!
This past week I've been trying to spend a lot of quality time with Jake. I've felt so clingy to him. I know things will be a lot different once the baby comes and I've been a little sad that I won't have as much one on one time with him. We've been playing his favorite games, watching his favorite shows, and eating his favorite foods together. I hope it makes this whole transition a little easier for him. I think he's excited. I can't wait to see how he reacts to her!
I'm excited for the start of a new year. We have so many new things going on in our family right now! Jeremy started school last week. It will be a little crazy doing full time work, school, and a new baby but we both we're excited for him to have the chance to go back. So far he's loving it. Jake started preschool again. It's just a little neighborhood preschool, but he loves it! He has a great time playing with the other kids and learning new things. I'm looking forward to having a wonderful new year! We'll keep everyone posted on little Ellie!

For some reason he keeps making this face when we try to take pictures. Crazy kid!

I'm excited for your new arrival. Tell Jake that sometimes I fall asleep saying my prayers too, and just so you know you can't tell you are pregnant till you see your cute little belly. You don't seem to be showing it in your arms or face.
I'm such a dork. I had no idea you were getting induced tomorrow! And I had no idea you were this far along. You lucky girl! You have a cute little belly :).
The transition is kind of bittersweet. I understand that! I did the same stuff with Madilyn before Max came. Tried to have lots of quality time and stuff. It is going to be so fun though to have two! You'll love it :)

I am sure Ellie is already here once you see this comment. Yay! Jake will love her and like Breanne said, won't remember a time when she wasn't around. I was afraid I wouldn't love Micah as much as I love Livvy when he was born, but that flew right out the window the moment I saw him. Congratulations!
