Not eventful but nice

I've kind of slacked on posting the last couple of weeks. Part of it has been because I keep forgetting to take my camera places and the other part has been because life has been pretty routine. It's been kind of nice to get back into our regular schedule after Christmas.

I had a couple of "girls night out" this month and had a ton of fun with friends that I don't hang out with too often. I went to three movies (which is probably more than I've seen the whole rest of the year). I saw Enchanted, National Treasure, and P.S. I Love You and loved them all. I got a pedicure with a friend. Who doesn't love a pedicure! I went out to eat way more than I should have and I also joined our neighborhood book group. This month we're reading The Wednesday Letters by Jason Wright (the same author who wrote the Christmas Jars) and for some reason I volunteered to host next month, so if anyone has read the book and has some insightful topic that I could discuss let me know! I kind of felt bad that I have been away from my family so much, but Jeremy is excited when I get to go out and do things with my friends and he loves spending time with Jake. He's awesome!

I had to throw in a cute picture of Jake. Whenever I tell him to smile he does this scrunchy face now. He's holding his tiny copy of the Book of Mormon. He carries it around and says that he's reading his scriptures, which I think is the cutest thing ever!
