Potty and Halloween

Ellie has officially begun potty training! She's been really interested for a while and has actually gone quite of few times. About a month ago she started telling us when she needed to go and so we decided to go for it. She's been soooo easy! I don't know if it's just because she's a girl or because she has an older sibling to watch, but she has done so good! The only times she's had any problems is when we have to take her to a sitter and she's away from home. I think she's just not comfortable telling other people that she needs to go yet, but that's ok! I'm just happy she's doing so well. I was hoping that we wouldn't have to have two kids in diapers! :)

We had an awesome Halloween. It seemed to last all week long with all the parties. We had a family party, a neighborhood party, and I helped out with Jake's school party. Saturday went to our ward "trunk or treat", which fortunately was inside this year! It was fun. The kids got lots of good use out of their costumes! These pictures are all out of order, but here's some of my favorite Halloween pics from this year...

Jake wanted to be the Transformer Bumblebee. I have to admit, I was a little sad that he's out growing the cute little costumes. I don't really get a say in what he is anymore. He was way excited though, so that was fun.

Ellie was a tiger. She often plays tiger around the house so this costume was perfect for her. We found it online for $6, which made me love it even more!

Cousin picture! We had a lion, tiger, and a bear, transformer, tinker bell, and Rapunzel.

Pumpkin carving... Jake designed his pumpkin on the bottom left, Ellie choose Belle for hers, and we even had a bone rattle for baby#3!

Jake took this picture. :)

We grew pumpkins in our garden this year and it was so fun to pick them! Jake has been excited about it all month! We had 5 medium size pumpkins. It was perfect!

Happy Halloween!
